CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit required on ALL reservations.  Reservations will be charged a deposit equivalent to one night fee.  Reservations cancelled by 4 p.m. (Pacific Time) less than 48 hours before arrival will FORFEIT THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSIT.  Multiple day stays who give short notice cancellation (less than 48 hour notice), will be charged two days stay.  There is an administration fee of $10 that applies on all cancellations prior to 48 hours of check-in date.  We are sorry, but there is NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.  Cancellations must be made directly by phone call.  E-mail and answering machine cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED.
